Shipping & Returns

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Ground shipping within the continental United States is FREE of charge.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. You will have the option to select UPS 3-day or overnight shipping at checkout. The rates will be displayed next to each option.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 – 48 hours, with the exception of weekends and holidays.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. If your order is being shipped within New York state, it will be charged applicable sales tax. If it is being shipped to any other state, there is no sales tax.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive an email with the UPS tracking information once your order is processed and ready to ship.

What if my package is stolen?
First of all, PLEASE PLEASE make sure you are shipping to a secure location. If a signature is required, kindly not that when checking out. Let us know right away if a package is stolen, and we will file a claim with UPS. Unfortunately we will have to wait for UPS to process the claim before issuing a refund or sending another item.

Yes. Contact us directly to inquire about shipping rates.

How do I check on the status of my order?
Email customerservice@rachelnasvik.com, and make sure to include your order number.

What is your return policy?
Bags that are unworn and in original condition may be returned within 14 days of receiving. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable and the purchase of sale items are final (excluding promotions).

How do I return an item?
Please send an email to customerservice@rachelnasvik.com with your order number and information. If needed, a return label can be provided and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

What if my bag arrives damaged?
Send an email to customerservice@rachelnasvik.com within 48 hours or receiving and we will work to resolve the problem!
